Fortnite developers revealed some of their upcoming plans for the game in a recent announcement including plans to release over a dozen new limited-time game modes.
Sniper Shootout, Sneaky Silencer and the 50 vs 50 mode have all proven popular with players, with many of them sharing ideas for more modes with the developers on Twitter.
The announcement has named a number of modes that players can expect to see over the next month and they even teased possible future variations including a ‘floor is lava’ game.
As well as news modes, Epic Games also plans to make multiple playlists available for the new modes so that you can play with friends instead of just solo.
What new limited-time game modes will there be?
In a recent update announcement, Epic Games developers teased a number of new game modes that players can expect to see over the next months.
The special gameplay options will only be available for short periods of time, offering an alternative way to play the game.
Epic Games regularly listens to audience feedback and Fortnite players have already enjoyed the experience of 50 vs 50 gameplay as well as a Snipers-only mode.
Players can expect to see a new blitz mode which will mean shorter matches, making the speed that you move around the map even more crucial.
Developers also plan to experiment with larger team modes and games where players have less time between each circle.
There will also be a second 50 vs 50 mode with a number of tweaks, including separate buses for each team and the ability to see all of your teammates on the map.
