Eminem has released a painful new video for his latest track River on Valentine’s Day – and it features music’s man of the moment, Ed Sheeran.

Yep, Ed gets everywhere and Marshall Mathers is no exception. The Detroit hailing rapper, 45, is riding off the back of his latest album, Revival – but, after releasing a taster on Tuesday, his new track has the mark of a harrowing tale all over it.

Released on Valentine’s Day, it’s the second video to be released from the rapper’s ninth studio album which dropped in December, and appears to deal with issues of abusive relationships and domestic violence.

Eminem has gone for a fly on the wall, documentary style video, that shows him arguing and fighting with what is assumed to be his ex-wife, Kim Mathers.

At the beginning of the video, he is asked ‘what does love mean to you?’ to which Eminem replies: ‘My personal life is not exactly a highlight reel.’

The focus then switches to Ed Sheeran, who candidly says: ‘You’ve got to have the trust element – or you’re f****d’.

Meanwhile, with his comeback in full swing, Eminem has decided to take his music to the world, with a stop off in Twickenham along the way.

On 14 and 15 July this year he’ll be taking to the stage in Twickenham Stadium to bring his Revival to the live music loving masses in the UK.

It’s his first UK tour in years so it’ll be a biggie and we should prepare ourselves for great things, although he did perform at last year’s Reading & Leeds festival and wowed the crowds.
