Yesterday West Mercia Police released CCTV images of a smartly dressed blonde woman they want to talk to in connection with the attack.

‘At the end of the altercation a woman was assaulted with a glass and received injuries to the face that required medical attention.

‘We believe that the person in the CCTV image may be able to assist with enquiries and would like to contact them in relation to this incident.’

Anyone who recognises the woman or has any further information about the assault, is asked to call officers on 101, quoting incident reference number 699S of February 11.
