Cheryl and Sarah Harding have rubbished rumours they are at loggerheads by sharing a super-sweet Twitter exchange about music.
The pair are thought to have drifted apart amid a rumoured rift following Girls Aloud’s split in 2009, with Sarah even addressing it during her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house when she declared she wouldn’t talk about Cheryl – only to then go back on her word.
Sarah also said she hadn’t heard from Chez in ‘forever’.
But on Wednesday night, Sarah stuck out a metaphorical olive branch and got all nostalgic with Chez about the Geordie’s 2009 song Fight For The Love from her debut solo album 3 Words.
Cheryl had tweeted her 6.4million followers asking them to tell her which songs from her albums they think should have been singles.
‘Yoo hoo 🙋🏻 can you tweet me the songs from my albums that you think should’ve been singles please 🤔,’ she requested.
And, taking the opportunity to get back in touch with her former bandmate, Sarah replied: ‘Hey stranger!…U know FFTL will always be the one 👍🏼💥#TrueToTheGame 😘.’
But as if Sarah reaching out to Chez wasn’t exciting enough (we hear reunion bells!), Cheryl then went and replied.
THIS IS TOO MUCH.
In the cutest Twitter exchange we’ve seen since Liam Payne wished former bandmate Zayn Malik a happy birthday, therefore reassuring us all that One Direction weren’t still at war with him, Cheryl said back: ‘😘💃🏻💂🏼#alwaystrue 😉.’
Now girls, call Nicole, Kimberley and Nadine and get that reunion in the works. Please?
