A Lush festival is coming and you're invited

Oi, you. The one with the stash of bath bombs in the cupboard under your sink.

Is getting lash extensions worth the faff?

If you’re a true Lush fan, there’s an event you need to know about (and we’re not talking about the announcement that a bath bomb subscription service is coming, as exciting as that is).

We are, of course, talking about the Lush Creative Showcase, which is coming back for its second year.

Basically, it’s a one day Lush festival/bath bomb extravaganza, showcasing all the new and exciting Lush products, showing live demonstrations of how Lush stuff is made, and selling all manner of bath and shower delights.

There’ll also be Lush masterminds there, ready to give us all sneak previews of what they’re planning for Christmas.

Basically, for the unitiated it’s just a big celebration of all things Lush. Your mate who uses £1 shower gel from Tesco won’t get it.

But for Lush fans, it’s the biggest event of the year – a place where you can discuss the benefits of massage bars at length, marvel at bath bombs fizzing into glitter and colour, and Instagram that new jelly bath thing without people asking you what you’re doing.

There’ll also be music, mini films, tech talks, and speakers, so you’ll have stuff to do after you’ve sniffed every product on offer.

If you fancy buying a ticket, the day costs £25 and you can buy your ticket through Eventbrite.

If you aren’t quite dedicated enough to drop your week’s lunch money on a day of bubbling fun, never fear: there’ll also be Creative Showcase popups around Lush stores in London, so you can still get a tiny glimpse of the action.

See you there. We’ll be the ones with our heads buried deep in a tub of Ro’s Argan.
